I really love and appreciate the veterinarian here as well as the techs. However, that receptionist I can do without. She is rude, passive aggressive towards clients, and seems annoyed when she has to work.

I am deeply upset by the treatment my family received from the Animal Care Hospital of Reynoldsburg. We adore our 1-year-old, 8-pound Shih Tzu—he is a very special and very handsome young man who means the world to us. Recently, he began experiencing sudden, uncontrollable barking throughout the night. After anxiety medication failed to work, I called the clinic seeking urgent medical guidance and diagnostic help to find the root cause of his distress. Instead of showing compassion or offering a veterinary exam to rule out pain or underlying medical issues, the receptionist handed my call off to a technician. The technician immediately suggested we "rehome" him, criticized us for filling an anxiety prescription for a young dog, stated we might not be the right fit, and claimed we were not exercising him properly. She told me she could give me the phone number for Shih Tzu rescue shelter, leaving me in tears. We provide our dog with endless love, constant socialization, and extensive daily exercise. For their staff to turn a medical crisis around on us—blaming the owners instead of offering veterinary solutions—is incredibly unprofessional and uncompassionate. Unfortunately, this aligns with my previous interactions here, as the receptionist has been short and curt on multiple occasions. Looking at other online reviews, it is clear I am not alone; many others have complained about the consistently poor customer service from the reception staff and technicians. We will absolutely not be rehoming our pet, but we will definitely be "revetting" him elsewhere.

I am ever so grateful that I found this gem!!!! Everyone here was helpful and friendly. Feels like family when u walk in. My dog did amazing for his very first visit. I love the affordable prices which helps ease some stress off my mind. Great service, great people, great atmosphere. Thank u for making our experience great!!!!
