This is one of those if I could leave a zero I would reviews! We take our dog to get groomed at The Groovy pet company next door to Hillview and there is a parking space right up front that I parked in to run my dog into the groomers. Hillview shares a building with them and while I was parked there someone from there frantically called The Grooming company in an extremely annoyed tone that I am not supposed to park there. Now that is totally fine that I'm not supposed to park there but it is super unprofessional to have such a annoyed and frustrated tone when the customer can hear you. It would have been really convenient for us to use them as our vet because we were looking for a new one but that experience just let me know Hillviews poor level of customer service. They definitely could have been requested me to move my car in a friendly and professional tone. I do not recommend this place they seem to have rude and snotty people working there.
